Armatile

Questions

What the planner counts, what the prices mean, and how to get your design to Armatile.

Do I need an account?
No. You can plan a floor, download the spec PDF and email the sales team without one. An account only lets you save a design and come back to it later, on any device.
Are the prices final?
No. Prices come from Armatile’s current list, exclude VAT and are indicative. Armatile confirms them in a formal quote. A few products are not priced yet; the planner says so on those lines rather than counting them as free.
What is counted, and what is not?
Panels, border strips, corner pieces, plain infill tiles and decorative insets, including every piece that has to be cut. Adhesive, grout, screed and labour are not included.
Why is there extra on top of what the floor needs?
A 10% wastage allowance is added by default to cover breakages and cutting. You can switch it off in the bill of materials if your tiler prefers to work without it.
My room has corners that are not square. Will it work?
Yes. The planner lays the floor in any shape. Border corner pieces are made for 90° corners, so any other angle is flagged on the plan and in the spec for Armatile to treat by hand.
How do I get a quote?
When your design is ready, choose Email the sales team in the planner. Armatile receives your spec PDF and a link to the design. You can also bring the PDF into a showroom in Armagh, Belfast, Newry or Dublin.
Can someone else look at my design?
Yes. Every spec PDF has a QR code that opens the design, and a saved design can be shared by link. Anyone with the link can view the floor and its quantities, but cannot change them.
Does it work on an iPad?
Yes. The planner is built to be used on an iPad as well as a computer, including in Armatile’s showrooms.

Still unsure?
